Reverse Engineering in Toolmaking: From your Component to the Injection Molding Tool

We use modern and high-quality measuring technology to quickly and efficiently determine the precision of our tools and molds.
In this process, we use not only microscopes, Keyence OneShot, 3D CMM, and handheld laser scanning devices, but also a special 3D stripe light scanner. This allows us to measure components in three dimensions with the highest resolution and create CAD models from that.
Thus, we can create 3D data for you through reverse engineering of existing components and thereby build the tool "around the component" and derive from it. This is especially useful for metal replacements or for older components where no 3D data is available.
